Purpose of the study. Was to analyze levels biogenic amines (serotonin and its metabolite 5-HIAA, dopamine, norepinephrine histamine) in lung tissues patients with cancer previous COVID-19 infection. Patients methods. The study was carried out on samples intact tissues, tumor peritumoral obtained during open biopsy while performing radical surgery from morphologically verified non-small cell (NSCLC), stage I–IIIA (cT 1–3 N Х M 0 ). main group included 30 NSCLC (15 men 15 women) after severe or moderate who required hospitalization. control women asymptomatic mild SARS-CoV-2 mean age 59.11 ± 2.9 years.
